Your vote must be received by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on May 1, 2013 the day prior to the Annual Meeting, to be counted.

• To vote by proxy through the internet, go to www.proxyvote.com to complete an electronic proxy card. You will be asked to provide the company number and control number from the enclosed proxy card. To be counted, we must receive your vote by 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on May 1, 2013,  the day prior to the annual meeting.
