Gladstone Commercial is a Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) that owns net leased industrial, commercial, medical and other types of real estate properties. Our tenants are mid-sized businesses and large corporations. We provide triple net leases with terms of approximately 10 years, with rent increases built into the leases.
Gladstone Commercial provides two types of real estate transactions:
- We purchase real estate already owned by a business and lease it back to them; therefore freeing up their equity in the real estate
- We buy real estate that is already leased to good tenants
Gladstone Commercial also offers preferred stock under the trading symbols GOODP and GOODO.
Our goal is to pay shareholders dividends on a monthly basis. Our objective is to increase the amount of dividends.
We have two affiliate companies that make loans to and investments in small and medium-sized businesses, Gladstone Capital Corporation and Gladstone Investment Corporation.
